Pete, age 70, passed away January 28, 2022.
A celebration of life will be held May 14th at Hosanna Lutheran Church. As a plasterer and drywall finisher for the past 50 years, nothing brought him more joy than to serve his customers, teach others and spend time with friends.

Pete Morrison, age 70, of Mankato, died Friday, January 28, 2022, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Mankato Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials are preferred to Hosanna Lutheran Church in Mankato.
Pete was born September 6, 1951, in Mankato. He graduated from Wellcome Memorial High School in Garden City in 1969. He attended Fullerton State College in California. He served in the U.S. Army in Germany. On November 1, 1975, he married Nanci O’Malley. Pete was a 3rd generation plasterer and dry wall taper for nearly 50 years and was known as the “Plaster Master.” He enjoyed teaching others this “lost” art and watching them flourish with their own businesses. He loved golf, tennis, and spent many years playing fastpitch softball. As a member of Hosanna Lutheran Church, he also loved the Lord.
Pete is survived by his wife, Nanci; mother, Darlene Glaser; brothers, Mike, Tim, Randy, Les, and Terry; sisters, Renee and Lisa; special nephew, Jeff Morrison; as well as extended family and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Burd; brothers, Danny, Rick, and Ron; step-father, Dick Glaser; and Nanci’s parents, Kenneth and Alice O’Malley.
