Roberta Skinner

Roberta Marie Skinner, age 63, of Elk Grove, California, died on Thursday, December 28, 2023, surrounded by her family, at Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical Center. 

A visitation will be held at Mankato Mortuary on Riverfront Drive from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 29th at 1 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery in Mankato.

Bobbi was born on August 8, 1960, in Mankato, the daughter of Dale and Alethea Wagner. She graduated from Mankato High School in 1979. From 1980 to 1984, Bobbi honorably served our country in the United States Air Force. She worked for the State of California for 32 years, retiring in 2019. 

Bobbi is survived by her beloved children, Tina “Tammy" Olson of Willmar, MN and Derek Skinner of Elk Grove, CA; siblings, Deb Good (Jerry) of Mankato, MN, Brenda Wagner (Don) of Fairmont, MN, Allison Drummer (Tim) of St. Clair, MN, Teresa  Salehi (Saeed) of Visalia, CA, Kathleen Brix (Todd) of Mankato, MN, Jeanene Jurgens (Doug) of Mankato, MN, Mary Kiewiet (Rod) of North Mankato, MN, and Patrick Wagner (Jen) of Mapleton, MN; step-siblings, Howard "Butch” Zacharias, Nancy Dehning (Freddie), Connie Popp (Jim), Tim Zacharias (Angie), James McMichael (Bridgett), and Ralph  McMichael (Karissa); Tina's children, Courtney (Andrew), Andrea (Nick), Shakira, Clayton; Tina's two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. 

Bobbi is preceded in death by her parents, Dale Wagner and Alethea Zacharias; step-father, James Zacharias; step-mother, Connie Wagner; brother, Michael Wagner; and nephew, Corey Zacharias.
