Rose Anne Schoeb

Rose Anne Schoeb of Madison Lake passed away peacefully with family on Saturday, December 21^st, 2019 at Oak Terrace assisted living in North Mankato, at the age of 81.

Funeral Mass will be 11:00a.m., Friday, December 27, 2019 at All Saints Catholic Church in Madison Lake with visitation starting at 9:00a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be given to the American Cancer Association in Rose Anne’s name.

Rose Anne was born on July 4^th, 1938 to George and Rose Kortuem, She attended All Saints Acadamy, Good Counsel, and graduated from Waseca Agricultural School in 1956.

She met her husband while working in St. Peter and they married on April 25, 1959. They raised their family in Madison Lake.

Rose Anne had an affinity for generosity and helping others in need, especially in her community. She always made people feel welcome. She enjoyed making food and sharing it with others, like her home made bread.

Rose Anne is survived by her children, Mark Schoeb of Madison Lake, Steve (Polly) Schoeb of Madison Lake, Mike (Wendy) Schoeb of Amboy, and Lori (Tony) Gregor of Mapleton; eight grandchildren; sister, Mary Buschkowsky; brother, Charles Kortuem; and sister, Kathy Scholl.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother; husband, Richard; son, Rick; and siblings, Betsy, Margaret, and John.
