Rosemary Anne Freeberg

Rosemary Anne Freeberg, 92 of Mankato, passed away May 8, 2019 at Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Mankato.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 13, 2019 at Northview-North Mankato Mortuary, 2060 Commerce Dr., in North Mankato with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Minneopa Cemetery in Mankato.

Rosemary was born August 16, 1926 to Lawrence and Marie (Viegel) Snyder in Mankato. She married Robert Freeberg on May 15, 1945 in New Ulm. Together they raised four children, Robert, Bill, Barb, and Roxy. In her free time, Rosemary enjoyed flowers and spending time with her grandchildren.

Rosemary is survived by two sons, Robert (Susan) Freeberg, Bill (Connie) Freeberg; two daughters, Barbara (Denny) VanGuilder, and Roxy (Ed) Johnson; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert in 2005; and a great-grandson.
