Russell Dean Peters

Russell Dean Peters, age 64, of Good Thunder, died at his home on Wednesday, February 26, 2020.

Funeral service will be held at 11am, Monday, March 2, 2020 at St. John Lutheran Church in Good Thunder with visitation held two hours prior. Burial will follow at Barnard Valley View Cemetery.

Russell was born September 2, 1955 to Dean and Norma (Bergemann) Peters. He has been a lifelong resident of Good Thunder.

Russell married Constance (Hiller) on December 2, 1978 and together they had four children. He loved to fish and to spend time with his grandchildren.

Russell is survived by his children, Tara (James) Salge, Leslie (Eric) Barr, Mitchell (Stacey) Peters, and Megan (Derek) Zenk; grandchildren, Max, Quinn, Owen, Mason, Haliey, Olivia, Parker, Sawyer, and Sutton; mother, Norma Peters; brothers, Lynn, Terry (Tami), and Bob Peters.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dean; and sister, Jean.
