Sharon Westberg

Sharon Westberg, age 60, of Lake Crystal, died on Friday, April 15, 2022 at Ecumen Pathstone Living in Mankato.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, April 22, 2022 at the Mankato Mortuary, 1001 N. Riverfront Drive, Mankato. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service on Friday.

Sharon Marie, the daughter of Harvey and Irene (Lane) Uhde, was born on September 13, 1961 in St. James. She attended Mankato West High School. Sharon was united in marriage to Darwin Westberg on January 19, 1985 at Grace Lutheran Church in Mankato. She was a baker and cook at Ecumen Pathstone Living for 20 years. Sharon enjoyed baking, canning, crocheting, gardening and cherished her fur babies.

She is survived by her husband, Darwin Westberg of Lake Crystal; fur babies, Meme, Molly and Willow; siblings, Mike (Ellen) Uhde of New Ulm, Linda Uhde of Lake Crystal, Carol (Greg) Russ of Lake Crystal, Jim Thompson of Madelia, David Uhde of Madelia, and Robin (Brad) Orvis of St. James; sister in law, Susan Uhde of Madelia; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; fur baby Misty and all the animals she loved throughout the years; brother, Robert Uhde; and great nephew, Thomas Timm.
