Theresa "Terry" Lane

Terry Lane, age 58, of Mankato, lost her battle with Leukemia on September 12, 2023. Her positive vibes and courage were an inspiration to many! Visitation will be held Friday, September 22, 2023 from 4:00-7:00pm at the Northview-North Mankato Mortuary, 2060 Commerce Drive, North Mankato.

Terry was born September 6, 1965 in Mankato to JoAnn (Walania) and Butch (Smith). She married Patrick Lane on September 11, 1998. They just celebrated their 25th anniversary. Prior to her diagnosis, she bartended at Mully's (her 2^nd family) in Mankato. Terry loved going on long drives with husband Pat, (they just went to the Renaissance Festival this past Saturday). Terry couldn't wait until Saturdays to hang out with daughter Toni and recapped everyone for the whole rest of the week. She cherished the memories made with all of her grandsons. Her & Pat were always ready for their next adventure with her special aunt Barb and uncle John. Family holidays won’t be the same without her!

Terry is survived by her husband, Patrick; mother, Joann Hall; mother in law, MaryLou Lane; daughters, Angela Larson, Toni (Seth) Anderson, and Tiffanae Latourell; son, Brent Haslip; Pat's children, Kyle, Molly & Morgan Lane; grandsons, Vincent, Payton, Gavin, Ethan, Arthur, Viktor & Emit; aunts, Barb (John), Tammy, Judy, and Kathy; uncle, Randy; cousins, Bonnie, Rudy, Tom, Paul, Pam, Bubba, Rich (Gus), Wendi, Wade and Matt; brothers in law, Marvin, Steve, Ronald Jr (Cleo), Mike (Shelly), Brian (Ann); sister in law, Tammie; and many nieces & nephews, especially niece, Hannah (Lane). Terry had more friends than most of us and a story to tell about everyone!

Waiting for her in heaven are aunt, Wanda (Kleist); uncles, John & Richard (Walania); cousins, Jeff & Andrew (Walania), Graham (Waibel); niece, Tara (Franklin); her father, Butch (Smith); and grandparents, Mike & Mary (Walania).

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Mully's in Mankato.
