Thomas Paul Smith

Thomas Paul Smith, age 79, of Mankato, died on Friday, April 26, 2019 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato.

Private family graveside services will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis. Mankato Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.

Thomas Paul, the son of Michael and Mary (Radosevic) Smith, was born on July 18, 1939. He was the youngest of six children. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for three years. Thomas was a private, energetic, generous and kind person.

He is survived by his sister, Barbara Smith Camacho of Raleigh, NC; brother, Michael Smith of Conover, NC; and numerous nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Smith; two brothers, Mickey and Edward; and one sister, Mary Ann.
