Timothy "Tim" C. Ray

Timothy “Tim” C. Ray, age 68, of Mankato, died Sunday, December 1, 2024.

A Celebration of Tim’s Life will be 11:00 a.m., December 21, 2024, at Northview- North Mankato Mortuary. Visitation will be from 9:30-11 a.m. at Northview. Family Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Mankato.

In honor of Tim, please come wearing orange, tie dye, or whatever you’re comfortable wearing. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Mankato Kiwanis or the Mankato Area Mountain Bike Association, or donor’s choice.

Timothy was born August 14, 1956, to Donald E. and Pauline J. (Weber) Ray in Mankato. Tim was united in marriage to Susan J. Stydel on February 17, 1978, at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Mankato.

Tim was former co-owner and president of Computer Technology Solutions, “CTS”.

 Tim will be remembered for helping others, being involved with numerous service organizations.

 Tim always said “Look for the good every day. It is there and you can find it if you look!”

 Tim is survived by his wife, Susan; three children, Jackson, Rhiannon, and Brogon; mother, Polly Ray; four siblings, Steve (Candace) Ray, Tom (Jill) Ray, Rob (Sandy) Ray, and MaryJo (John) Brindley; in-laws, Steve (Lisa) Stydel and Sheila (Rick) Reisenbigler; nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Tim was preceded in death by his father; brother, Terry; and sister-in-law, Jane.

The family would like to thank the staff at Laurel's Peak and Mayo Hospice for all the care and kindness shown towards our loved one Tim.
