Wilmar "Willy" Henry Rademacher

Wilmar “Willy” Henry Rademacher, age 89, of North Mankato passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023. Funeral Service will be at 12, noon, on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Northview – North Mankato Mortuary, with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be at a later date. Willy was born to Louis and Margaret Rademacher on February 10, 1934, in Le Sueur County, Minnesota. He married Mary Louise Schmidt on June 20, 1959, in Gaylord, Minnesota. Willy was a construction laborer and was a member of Labors Local 132. He enjoyed spending time at his cabin on Lake Hattie, and especially loved spending time with his family.

Willy is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary; children, Timothy (Ginny) Rademacher; LaDonna (Bruce) Hooper, Julie (Brian) Haas; grandchildren, Jacob (Sarah) Rademacher, Jill (Colin) Guetter, Christopher Haas, Johanna Haas, Robert Haas, and Emily Haas; great-grandchildren, Jameson Haas, and Payton Rademacher; siblings, Anna Mae Brenke, Joyce Arns, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Willy was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Margaret Rademacher; siblings, Bud Rademacher, Harold Rademacher, Ed Rademacher, Butch Rademacher, and Mary Brenke.
