Roger Frederick Volk

Roger Volk, 81, of North Mankato, died Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Laurels Peak in Mankato.

Roger was born January 1, 1940 in Mankato to Fred and Rosella (Wilson) Volk. He married Marian Rollings on December 5, 1958 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Mankato. Roger worked at Hubbard Mill for 43 years. He and Marian were longtime members at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in North Mankato.

Roger is survived by his wife, Marian, of North Mankato; son, Tim Volk of Mankato; daughter, Christine Volk of North Mankato; grandsons, Michael (Angie) Volk and Matthew (Makayla Rahn) Volk; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Kaylin, and Aiden; sister, Kay Nielsen; and brothers, Dennis (Sherry) Volk and Mark (Cheryl) Volk.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Paul Volk; and sister, Janet Schwecke.
